Demolition of abandoned factory into 24 new apartments 2 and 3 bed, with 4 large retail units on the ground floor. The build was completed a few years back and the majority of the apartments were sold. In the town centre of Ripley where we have also completed a lot of developments in the past. We installed two lift shafts in the building and went for a gas system.
