The Elvetham is a grade ii listed building, with a rich history. JSG is currently working on refurbishment of the stables block into a 48 bedroom hotel. It includes demolition, structural improvements, all new partitions and M&E. Rectification works will also be carried out to the existing 12 rooms, to bring them to the same standard as the new rooms.
